The Rockhill neighborhood is listed on both the National Registry of Historic Places and the Kansas City Registry of Historic Places. As such the neighborhood is subject to an approval process for enhancements to any residential property. To help residents learn about the process the association has prepared two documents listed below:  

The first document below is a letter from the Rockhill Home Association President outlining the Association's effort to explain and streamline the process.  

The second document below specifies the Rockhill neighborhood and the city of Kansas City process for making renovations on historic property in the neighborhood. The document specifies the Certificate of Appropriate (COFA) Submission Materials that should be submitted in order to be granted approval for the specified property enhancements.
