Tom Winter at 532 Pierce St. has wanted one of these craftman's style door for his house and then he found on on Facebook Marketplace. The door comes from a house remodeling close to Swope Park where they replace this old beauty with a new door. Currently Tom is refinishing the door himself and searching for a carpenter to hang the door.

Old Door
This 'original' door - 40" incles wide - was painted white but I stripped that and I do like the beauty of the wood
Refinishing Work
Lots of old grim and finsih on this old baby but it only took 1.5 days with stripper and 2# steel wool.
Ready for new finish.

Probably just going to use a clear finish (semi-gloss) and get some new hardward. Now looking for a good carpenter to hand this door.
